By accessing and using Parity, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service. Parity is provided by Parity Outcomes, Inc.

Eligibility

Parity's educational content and modeling tools are available to users of any age. If you have not reached the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you may use Parity only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law, and any parent or guardian who grants that permission accepts these Terms on your behalf. Brokerage-account access and the authority to authorize any transaction remain subject to the rules of your brokerage firm and account, which may require you to be at least 18 years old or otherwise legally able to enter into binding agreements.

No Investment Advice

Parity Outcomes, Inc. is a technology provider and is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer or custodian. Parity does not provide personalized investment advice. Information and scenarios displayed on the platform are for informational and educational purposes only and should not be considered investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Using Parity does not create an advisory relationship.

Self-Directed Use

Parity displays available scenarios based on parameters you select. Parity does not place trades; you enter every transaction directly in your own brokerage account. You are solely responsible for each transaction you enter, for maintaining any required brokerage approvals (such as options authorization), and for the suitability of any strategy for your circumstances. Brokerage services are provided by your brokerage firm, not by Parity Outcomes, Inc.

Use License

Parity Outcomes, Inc. grants you a limited license to access and use the Parity platform for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use this platform:

• For any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• To transmit false or misleading information
• To harass, abuse, or harm others
• To interfere with the platform's normal operation

Investment Risks

All investments involve risk, including possible loss of principal. Estimated outcomes are based on market data, option prices, assumptions, and models available at the time they are generated. Actual investment outcomes, available strategies, execution prices, and transaction costs may differ. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You should carefully review all disclosures before authorizing any transaction.

Strategy Availability

Strategies displayed on the platform are illustrative scenarios until you enter a transaction at your brokerage. Market conditions may change and a displayed strategy may no longer be available when you do.

Brokerage Connectivity

Parity connects to brokerage accounts you link for the purpose of analyzing your portfolio. The connection is read-only; Parity does not submit, route, or execute orders through the connection. You are responsible for the accuracy of linked account information. Parity Outcomes, Inc. does not custody your assets.

Limitation of Liability

Parity Outcomes, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Modifications

Parity Outcomes, Inc. may revise these terms at any time by updating this page. Your continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
