FAQ

Common questions

Is this the same as API Access?

No. The ChatGPT integration is included with Trade Builder. API Access is a separate product for direct programmatic use.

Does it place trades?

No. It models and explains illustrative structures only.

Why is Trade Builder required?

The integration returns implementation-level information, including expiration dates, strikes, and option pricing.

Why are results based on 100 shares?

Parity currently models one standard option unit covering 100 shares. Standard listed equity-option contracts generally represent 100 shares.

Parity provides illustrative calculations only and does not recommend, optimize, execute, or guarantee any outcome. Options involve risk and are not suitable for all investors. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
